Community Involvement
Community involvement plays a pivotal role in the successful redevelopment of brownfields, fostering collaboration that transforms once-contaminated sites into revitalized spaces that meet the unique needs of county residents.
Public awareness and input will help identify community goals, priorities for reuse of brownfield sites. As such, outreach techniques that are employed will target broad, but diverse, participation by local stakeholders. Community Engagement will be ongoing, but will be separated into two distinct phases.
